WHO WE ARE
Hello, I am James Fell. I started the Professional Websites business in October 2002. I and my wife Winnie work together to do our best for our customers and our company. We are IT and graphic arts professionals each with over 20 years of experience. We have worked in the areas of business, accounting, mainframes, mini computers, pc's, client/servers, operations, tape backup's, disaster recovery, production control, scripting, programming, web design, graphic arts, audio, video, photography, e-commerce, internet and online services.

EXPERIENCE
Our experience with the World Wide Web, Internet and Communications, started in 1982 on the IBM 5110 and a telephone modem, one of the first desk top computers, then the IBM PC with a 100 baud Hayes external modem, using software like Hayes and Crosstalk. We got online before the Internet was started with services as The Source, CompuServe and Genie, graphic arts, designing, hosting, advertising and selling products online. The Internet got started through these services with public web hosting, design, graphic arts, e-commerce and e-business.

Our Designing, Graphic Arts, E-Newsletters, Hosting and E-Commerce knowledge and products are integrated. We are working together, sharing knowledge, expertise and resources to provide a well rounded Internet website company. Our clients receive professional experience, quality and resources regardless of the size of your project. We make every project important.

Our clients have full access to 24/7 technical support and customer service to make requests or ask questions. We are Certified Professionals experienced in Client/Server Hardware and Software, Web Design, Graphics Design, E-Newsletters, Website Hosting, Databases, Programming, E-Business and E-Commerce.

HARDWARE, SOFTWARE AND SERVICES
All of our hosting services are provided by an award winning multi-million dollar corporation, located at 14455 N. Hayden Rd. Suite 219 Scottsdale, AZ 85260. The dependable high speed servers with full memory capacity and multiple hi-speed disk drives are connected to the World Wide Web through High Speed Data Lines. The high speed servers are dedicated to web, database and e-mail services. The disk drives are backed up nightly at 11pm on a weekly cycle. Data can be restored from the previous day up to 7 days old. In case of a power failure our battery backup system will save all data and shut down the servers until power is restored.

The operating system platform we use for web hosting, e-mail and database services are Microsoft and Linex.

Our digital photographic, audio and video equipment include a Nikon CoolPix 5700 5 Megapixel Digital Camera and the new Nikon D70, Sony Digital Video Camera, Olympus High Quality Camera, Sony Digital Microphones, HP High Density Negative Scanner and the Epson 200 and Professional 2200 Color Photo Printers.

The computers we use for development and testing are Sony Vaio, Dell, HP and Apple. The operating system platforms used for development and testing are Windows XP, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows 98 and Apple IMac OS X. Browsers used for development and testing are Microsoft Explorer and Netscape Navigator.

Database software includes Microsoft Access 2000. Microsoft SQL Server 2000, Oracle and Sybase databases are to be acquired in the future. Programming and scripting languages include C, C++, Java, VBScript, Jscript, JavaScript, Perl, CGI, ASP, ColdFusion and PHP scripting.

SOFTWARE TOOLS
We have an exstensive library of various photo, graphic, design and e-commerce software and tools which provide enhanced functionally and a wide variety of web page formats and designs. We have over 600 website design template styles, including backgrounds, banners, buttons, and over a million cliparts, graphics, photos, animations and flashes.
